Engineer Solar Project Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with coordinating, planning, and forecasting to optimize utilization of resources to fulfil budgetary and project milestones.

• Perform site study for PV system recommendation.

• Manage solar project site team to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Monitor site work progress to ensure projects conform to specifications, schedules, and budgets.

• Plan and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects.

• Coordination with procurement team to raise sales request and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Create checklists for review or inspection of solar projects.

• Assist in Investigation and troubleshooting of M&E issues during and post project implementation in coordination with clients, contractors, other stakeholders.

• Assist LEW with site testing and inspection of installation.

• Assist Design and draft electrical single-line diagram (SLD), solar module layout and string-connection drawings for using AUTOCAD software.

• Design and draft mechanical drawing of solar PV systems.

• Prepare project documents for submission to authority and ensure smooth delivery of the project completion.

• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Civil/Energy Electrical Engineering or other related discipline preferred.

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and other modelling software (like sketchup, PVsyst, Helioscope) is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.

OTHER INFORMATION:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary: $6000-$7000

Working Location: Kallang (Able to travel to sites)
