Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in sales and a bonus to have deep understanding of the Construction,Infocom & Telecommunication & Renewable Industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, revenue analysis, expense tracking, and accurate sales forecasts for the management team.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated with emerging markets, industry trends, new products, and competitor activities
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product, engineering) to align strategies and optimize customer satisfaction
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to renewable energy sales.
Job Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field)
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry incentives.
• Mindset: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
